As a Complementary Software Partner we can refer you to our vast
experience from more than 150 implementations in the SAP environment.
We help you to make best use the modules of our production management
system HYDRA in interaction with the SAP functions, thereby closing
the gap between production processes and the management level.
For the data exchange with HR and PP, HYDRA uses
the certified communication channels KK1 (PDC-CC1),
KK2 (PDC-CC2) or HR-PDC. In addition we can propose
the new interface PP-PDC, for which MPDV is the
only company worldwide so far having received a
certification by SAP.
Furthermore we have interfaces with other SAP modules:
with MM (Material Management) via the MOB interface,
with QM (Quality Management) on the basis of QM-IDI,
with PM (Maintenance) via the communication channel
3, with PS (Project System) via the communication
channel 4 and with CO (Controlling).
MPDV received as the first german MES-software
house the SAP-certificate "Powered by SAP NetWeaver",
that includes the SAP-certificate "Certified for
SAP NetWeaver". In using the NetWeaver-technology,
HYDRA complements mySAP ERP with a broad variety
of MES-functions. Via SAP-integrated online-templates
(Manufacturing Dashboards), HYDRA offers in-time
information and analysis of the present situation
in the production to the users with the user interface
they are used to (GUI, Enterprise Portal). Due
to that, MPDV take part in the SAP-Initiative Adaptive
Manufacturing, that aims on integrating the business
processes closely with the application of the production
scheduling and thus to be able to react fast on
market changes.
